Naruto and Hinata:
"Hinata..." Naruto said, looking at the Hyuuga. He then hugged her. Hinata looked up. "Naruto-kun... What are you doing?" Naruto pulled back and sighed. "To be honest I don't know... Uh, come on, I'll walk you home." Hinata nodded. (OK, to be completley honest, I really didn't know WHAT to do with Naruto and Hinata... So, If you want to skip all of Hinata's crying, go right ahead.)
When they got to Hinata's house, Naruto turned to Hinata. "Uhm... I guess this is goodbye. I'll uh, see you later?" Hinata nodded. She was silent the entire way to her house. She then did something that
shocked herself even more than Naruto. She stood up on her toes and kissed him. She pulled back. "Sorry, Naruto, I shouldn't have done that, I mean you and Sakura-" She was cut off by Naruto's lips on hers.
Sasuke and Sakura:
The duo were in the lobby, looking over the coroners reports when they heard a scream. When they ran to the source of the screaming, the library, they were greeted with the sight of a shocked Aoi, and the body of a man, probobaly the custodian.
"What happend here?" Sakura yelled. "I don't know..." Aoi said, wied-eyed.
"Okay, Aoi-san, you said you walked in, saw the custodian, um... his name was Kota?" Aoi nodded. Sakura walked up. "Aoi-san, we'll need to talk with the other guests that were anywhere near this room." Hai."
Later:
A girl with dirty blonde hair and a bit of an attitude walked in. "What is it?" She asked. Her voice had a snobbish ring to it. "Hai, Temari, was it?" Sakura asked. Temari raised an eyebrow and nodded. "Well, we were just wondering if you knew anything about that murder that occured here..." "Murder? Please. I don't know anything about that guy. Can I go now?" Sakura nodded. Sasuke turned to his partner. "Well, she was pleasant!"
The next two was an unnaturally giddy couple, Iruka Umino and Shizune. (OK, yeah Shizune and Iruka are gonna be OOC in this fic. Just bear with it! It was originally gonna be TenTen and Neji but I remembered TenTen was Hinata's wedding-planner friend so I changed it to Shizune and Iruka!) Shizune spoke up first. "We have absolutley no idea what happend... It's just wierd. Kota-san was a good man, very good, right hun?" "Oh, yeah, he was..." As they kept talking, Sakura smiled nervously while her eye twitched. Sasuke, on the other hand, thought the two were extremly annoying. His eyebrow twitched, and he made his hands into fists. Finally, he couldn't take it anymore. "OK, THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME, GOODBYE!" Sasuke shouted shoving the pair out the door.
Later:
Sakura and Sasuke walked into their hotel room, not saying a word. The most either said was a barely audible "Night" from Sakura. At about midnight, though, Sakura jumped hearing a noise from one floor below, the basement. She walked out to the living room/kitchen, and shook Sasuke awake.
basement:
Sakura and Sasuke found Shizune and Iruka in the basement where they were keeping the bodies during the snowstorm, taking pictures with Kota's body. "WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING?" Sakura shouted. Shizune smiled. "Oh, hello Sakura-san. What'chya doing?" "What am I doing? The question is what are you doing?" Shizune spoke again. "Well you see, I've just never seen a real live dead person before, so I just wanted to see this one!" Sakura's eye twitched. She snatched away the phone, and deleted the pictures. "Upstairs, NOW!" She said threatingly, feeling as if she was talking to children. Once they were upstairs, Sakura yawned. "G'night." She said, walking away.
A/N: Okay, there you have it, another chapter, done! NaruHina fluff, done! Now all that's left is the SasuSaku fluff, and a few dramatic scenes! Oh, and this is till short... Damn... Well, I'll try better next time!
