Tsuki was worried.
There wasn't much time left.
The sei knew what Sasuke was waiting for... an eclipse. The eclipse. The eclipse that makes everything... everything pitch-black. This eclipse happens every one thousand or so years. Sasuke was trying to wipe out all three worlds... The Tenshi, Human, even his own Akuma world.
There was only one other person stupid enough to even try to accomplish this... Orochimaru. Sasuke's mentor. The one who pushed Sasuke over the edge.
The only reason the world's exist today was Sazuki Hanabiga. She stopped Orochimaru by drastically weakening but not killing him. She did this for all three worlds, even if it meant sacrificing herself in the process.
There was one thing that helped out a little... Sazuki Hanabiga was Sakura Haruno's ancestor.
The eclipse was coming soon... very soon... and one thought passed through Tsuki's mind.
'What are we going to do?'
Sakura and Naruto stood side by side near the forest looking at Kyuubi, Naruto's pet fox run around.
Naruto was praising and petting Kyuubi, but Sakura knew on the inside he wasn't progressing at all. He missed Hinata. They all did. Even Hinata's bratty little sister. Hanabi loved Hinata, she really did, she just never knew how to express her feelings for her big sister. But now all the eleven-year old did was lock herself in her room crying her eyes out.
Of course, Sakura wasn't much better. Unlike Naruto who covered everything up with a smile, wishing everything that happened since that day was all one big nightmare, Sakura let silent tears escape every now and again, wishing the same thing.
''Hinata... you're really not coming back, huh?'' Sakura whispered.
"Aw... come now, I wouldn't say never."
Sakura and Naruto looked up and gasped.
There stood Hyuuga Hinata Black wings flapping lightly behind her, a distant and dark look in her eyes.
Next to her, running his hands through her hair, was Uchiha Sasuke. Sasuke, like Hinata, had pitch-black wings. His eyes held an evil and deadly aura in the onyx depths.
"Hinata-chan..." Naruto breathed out.
"Sasuke-kun..." Sakura said, nearly breaking down.
Sakura then remembered what Tsuki said.
Tsuki tossed Sakura a cherry-blossom shaped whistle. "When you find her, blow on that. I'll see what I can do. In the meantime, keep Naruto safe."
Sakura clutched the small pink whistle in her hands.
She lifted the whistle up to her lips and blew. Hard.
A piercing noise shot threw the forest air, and far away, A certain Sei-Tenshi perked up.
Tenshi World
Tsuki looked at the item in her hands and silently hoped this plan would work.
The Time Charm. It was a small thing, about the size of a person's fist.
Tsuki set the time dials to December 12, one thousand years ago.
She pushed the crystal in the middle, and a bright light shot out.
She looked into the crystal that focused on Naruto, Sakura, Hinata, and Sasuke and whispered one thing before they disappeared out of her sight completely.
"Good Luck, you guys."
Sakura opened her eyes and looked around. She was in a field.
"Naruto? Naruto? Are you here?" She called out. She saw him a few feet away from her, slowly getting up.
She got up and ran to him, relieved he was okay.
"Sakura? Sakura! Where's Hinata and Sasuke?" He asked.
Sakura's eyes widened, and she realized that they were nowhere to be seen.
"Don't worry, your friends are OK." Sakura turned at the sound of this voice. It seemed so familiar.
In front of them stood a woman, probably no less than twenty years old. She had light pink hair that was tied up into a bun and emerald green eyes.
"Who are you?" Sakura asked.
"My name is Sazuki. Sazuki Hanabiga. Your friends are just fine, one is still knocked out, the other escaped back to your time." Sazuki said, and Sakura turned her head to see Sasuke, lying down unconscious.
"Sasuke-kun!" she shouted, running to him.
"Sasuke, Sasuke, please, wake up!"
He opened his eyes, and she released a sigh of relief.
"Thank goodness."
"S-Sakura?" Sasuke stuttered out.
He then came to his senses and pushed her out of the way.
"Get off of me!"
Sazuki looked at Sasuke, her eyes full of pity.
"Sasuke... you shouldn't take your aggressions out on others."
Sasuke glared at Sazuki. "I have every right to. You don't know the first thing about me." He said, and prepared to take off.
"You're the youngest out of three kids." Sasuke stopped. "You have one sister and one brother, and something must have happenedto you to push you over the edge. Something extremely painful in your childhood."
Sasuke turned around.
"You're right."
Sakura spoke up next.
"Sazuki-san, do you know why we're here?"
Sazuki nodded.
"You're here... to save the worlds of Tenshi, Akuma, and Human. I must admit... your friend Hinata has or hadan extremely pure heart. It must have taken a lot of power to turn her into a da-tenshi." Sazuki looked at Sasuke Sakura, and Naruto.
"I had a friend who went through the exact same thing... Her name was Hikari Hiromi. She was one of the nicest people you could meet... Then one day, she was coming back from the Human World, where she had a job, and Kabuto one of Orochimaru's little henchmen caught her. Orochimaru turned her into a da-tenshi. After that, I had no choice but to kill her and weaken Orochimaru. Sasuke, don't make the same mistake Orochimaru did. Sakura, don't think killing Hinata is the only way. Naruto... Hinata still loves you... somewhere."
"Sazuki-san, what do you mean by-" Sakura was cut off when everything disappeared.
"Oh! I hate being cut off like that!" Sakura shouted when Sasuke, Sakura, and Naruto got back to their time.
Naruto nodded in agreement while Sasuke stayed silent.
Sakura, noting his behaviour asked him about it. "Sasuke, what's wrong?"
"Sakura...Naruto... I'm sorry. If it weren't for me, you guys could all just move on with your lives."
Naruto put a hand on Sasuke's shoulder. "It's alright! Because of you we got to see Hinata-chan again."
"Although not the way we would have liked." Sakura laughed.
"Thank you for coming back Sasuke." Sakura continued, hugging the raven.
"Aw, how sweet. It makes me sick. Sasuke, are you getting soft?"
The threesome looked up to see Hinata.
"Step aside Sasuke, you gave me a job, and that was to destroy Sakura's life. And I think I'll do that by destroying her and Naruto!"
"No way!" Sasuke yelled, shielding Sakura.
Hinata blinked. "Fine. Have it your way." She said and took out a bow and arrow. It was old fashioned, but effective.
She let the arrow go and it pierced Sasuke through. He fell to the ground bleeding.
"Sasuke!" Sakura yelled, and supported him up.
"Hinata!" Naruto yelled, but she was long gone.
"Sakura, I love you." Sasuke whispered.
"Sasuke, why are you so sure..." But she was too late. Sasuke was gone.
All that night, Sakura cried.
Tenshi World
Tsuki smiled at her brother.
Sasuke stared back at her, confused.
"Oneechan... Why am I here? Shouldn't I be a ghost?"
Tsuki smiled wider. "You should, but you're not. When you first died, you died a human, the second time, you were not a Da-Tenshi, but a Jun-Tenshi. You will start over from the beginning."
Sasuke tilted his head in confusion.
"What's that mean?"
"You'll see."
A/N: Here's another chapter... only a few more left and then maybe an epilouge.
See you again! :)
